Psalm 24:8 Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle.

3. Jesus- High Priest and King named after Joshua the Crowned Priest [Zech 3:1, 8-9; 6:11-13]

4. Christ, Messiah, Anointed [Ps. 2, Luke 4:14-21. Isaiah 61:1]

II. THE SON OF DAVID

1. The King of Kings from Israel’s Great King [1 Timothy 6:14-16; Revelation 17:14, 19:16]

2. The Good, Great, Chief Shepherd from the Famous Shepherd

John 10:11 I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.
John 10:14 I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.
