For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.

II. IT SHOULD BE A LIFE-CHANGING THING [v. 24-26]
1. The Refusal of Faith [v. 24]
You cannot say "Yes" to God without saying "No" to the world, the flesh, or the Devil!
2. The Choosing of Faith [v. 25]
Faith choices are rarely easy choices but they are always wise choices.
3. The Respect of Faith [v.26]
Faith respects the true lasting value of people, places, and things.
III. IT SHOULD BE A LIFE-DEFINING THING [v. 27]
1. Faith defined His Past - he rejected it! [By faith he forsook Egypt]
2. Faith defined His Present - he faced it! [not fearing the wrath of the king:]
3. Faith defined His Future - he lived it! [for he endured, as seeing him who is invisible.]
