This reminds me of a sermon which I “borrowed and adapted” from the Corley Brothers [Missionaries to the Navajo] on Zacchaeus from Luke 19 –

 

I. HE SEES ME [v. 1-5]

II. HE KNOWS ME [v. 5]

III. HE WANTS ME [v. 5]

IV. HE CAN HAVE ME [v. 6-10]

Aren’t we glad that the God who gave us the New Testament gave us the Old Testament also?
