Before their Relationship with God [Gn. 19:6-9, 14-16]
3. Lot taught His Family the End Justifies the Means [Gn. 19:17-36]
II. DAVID- GOOD KING,
BAD FATHER
1. David got Angry but did Nothing about His Son’s Wicked
Sin [2 Sam. 13:21, 39]
2. David Ignored the Problem instead of Discussing It with
His Son [2 Sam. 14:24, 32-33]
3. David did not “Displease” His Children with Discipline [1
Kings 1:6]
III. ABRAHAM- FRIEND
OF GOD, GOOD FATHER
1. Abraham Commanded His Children [Gn. 18:17-19]
2. Abraham taught His Son God is to be Trusted [Heb.
11:17-19]
3. Abraham taught His Son God is to be Obeyed [Heb. 11:20]
