I. We Do Not Know What a Day Will Bring Forth

IV. Mankind is so Very Small Compared to this Universe

2 Corinthians 3:5 Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God;

V. Safety is of the Lord [Ps. 121]

Psalm 127:1 Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.
Proverbs 21:31 The horse is prepared against the day of battle: but safety is of the LORD.

VI. Things of this Earth are Only Temporary [Mt. 6:19-33]

John 4:35 Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.

VIII. There is a Great Need for Laborers
