Leprosy was the most feared, dreaded and repulsive disease anyone could ever have in Jesus day. Ten lepers cried out to Jesus for Him to have mercy on them. He healed all of them. "And ONE of them when he saw that he was healed, turned and with a loud voice glorified God, and he fell down on his face at His feet (we all will one day), giving him thanks and he was Samaritan. And Jesus answering said, (He was baffled too!) "Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine? Lk 17:13-19.Baffling That dear people is the most bewildering, mind boggling thing in the Bible to me. The nextMillions of professed sinners claim to be cleansed and give very little thanks. What they doHardly ever read the Word of God. Pray very little. Give very little, Never tell lost people how to be saved. Don't know nor exercise their spiritual gifts for the Lord. "Lovest thou me" asked Jesus? If so, say it, show it. Stop murmuring"In EVERYTHING give thanks for this is the will of God concerning you" 1 Thes 5:18. Cf Rom 8:28. Happy THANKSGIVING.Make a year of itSay it. DAILY give thanks this year. Thank Him every day that you are saved, forgiven, cleansed, going to heaven instead of hell. Make sense? Show it. Love God with all your heart. Be in church every Sunday. Read the Word of God every day. Talk to your Father every day. He waits to hear from you. Preach the gospel to every creature, you can. Give them a chance to go to heaven. Honor God with your money. What you have will go much farther if you do. You know that is true! Now have a trerrific THANKSGIVING. ABC C.
