BUT THERE IS A GOD IN HEAVEN

DANIEL 2:11-28

Daniel and all the wise men were under a death sentence because the senior wise men only knew the false gods and of course didn't have a personal relationship with them (v. 11) since they did not exist. Not did they have a relationship with the One True God. But Daniel did, his three friends did, and they prayed for help. Note again Daniel's explanation in v. 27-28.

Daniel answered in the presence of the king, and said, The secret which the king hath demanded cannot the wise men, the astrologers, the magicians, the soothsayers, shew unto the king; But there is a God in heaven that revealeth secrets, and maketh known to the king Nebuchadnezzar what shall be in the latter days. Thy dream, and the visions of thy head upon thy bed, are these;
