CONFESSION OF FAITH - SALVATION/JUSTIFICATION

Titus 2:11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,

Pastor Rick Jackson

4. We believe that salvation is by grace plus nothing and minus nothing. The conditions to salvation are repentance and faith.
5. We believe that men are justified by faith alone and are accounted righteous before God only through the merit of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Justification establishes an eternal relationship that can never be broken.

I. THE DOCTRINE OF SALVATION

1. By Grace [Romans 3:23-24]

2. Plus Nothing & Minus Nothing [Romans 3:25-28, 11:6]

3. Conditions of Repentance & Faith [Romans 2:4, 4:16]

II. THE DOCTRINE OF JUSTIFICATION

1. Accounted Righteous [Rm. 4:3-4]

2. By Faith Alone [Rm. 4:5-23]

3. The Merits of Christ [Rm. 4:24-25]

III. THE DOCTRINE OF ETERNAL SECURITY

1. Justification Establishes a Relationship [Romans 5:1-8]

2. Justification’s Relationship is Unbreakable [Romans 5:9-10]

3. Justification’s Relationship is Eternal [Romans 5:11-21, 1 Peter 1:5]

Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
