I. ISAAC- A TESTIMONY OF TRUE MERCY [v. 20]

1. He believed in God's Promises so he Calculated the Blessing [Gn. 27:26-29, 39-40]

2. He believed in God's Providence so he Confirmed the Blessing [Gn. 27:33]

3. He believed in God's Purpose so he Continued the Blessing [Gn. 28:1-4]

II. JACOB- A TESTIMONY OF TRUE GRACE [v. 21]

1. He believed Death was swallowed up in Victory [Gn. 37:10-11, 33-35, 45:26-28, 47:9, 48:8-11]

2. He believed Redemption was solely by Grace [Gn. 48:13-16]

3. He believed God was to be Worshipped in the Hour of Homegoing [Acts 7:55-60]

III. JOSEPH- A TESTIMONY OF TRUE PEACE [v. 22]

1. Joseph had Peace with God [Romans 5:1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:]

2. Joseph had Peace from God [Romans 1:7 To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.]

2 Corinthians 1:2 Grace be to you and peace from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.
Galatians 1:3 Grace be to you and peace from God the Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ,

3. Joseph had the Peace of God [Philippians 4:4-7, Colossians 3:12-15]
