If you really want to know who someone is- really know – you might just ask those closest to them. Ask their family, ask their close friends, and then… ask them.

 

I. JAMES, THE HALF-BROTHER OF JESUS, SAYS, “HE IS THE LORD”

1. He is “the Lord Jesus Christ” [James 1:1, 7, 12; 2:1; 4:10, 15]

2. He is “the Lord of Glory” [James 2:1]

3. He is the Coming “Lord of sabaoth” [5:4, 7-8, 10-11, 14-15]

 

II. PETER, THE UNOFFICIAL SPOKESMAN FOR THE 12, SAYS “HE IS PRECIOUS”

1. His Payment is Precious [1 Peter 1:18-19]

2. His Position is Precious [1 Peter 2:4-7]

3. His Promises are Precious [2 Peter 1:1-4]

 

III. JESUS’ OWN TESTIMONY [JOHN 8:13-19] Jesus said-

1. “I AM The Bread of Life” [Jn. 6:35-41]

2. “I AM The Light of the World” [Jn. 8:12]

3. “I AM”  [Jn. 8:56-59, Exodus 3:14]

And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.

4. “I AM the Door” [Jn. 10:7-9]

5. “I AM the Good Shepherd [Jn. 10:11-18]

6. “I AM the Resurrection and the Life” [Jn. 11:25-27]
