I heard a preacher one time say to a congregation, "If any sinner will come to this mourner's bench three nights in succession, I guarantee that he will be saved." I do not know that the dying thief had any flash of ecstasy. I do not suppose that he shouted with joy. I do not have any idea how he felt.
