THREE FACTORS OF FLESHLY WISDOM

I. FLESHLY “WISDOM” IS LIMITED

 

1. Fleshly Wisdom Cannot Please God [Rm. 8:8]

 

2. Fleshly Wisdom Cannot Reach People with the Gospel/Bible [1 Cor. 1:17-31, 2 Cor. 1: 12]

 

3. Fleshly Wisdom Cannot Inherit the Kingdom of God [Jn. 1:12-13, 1 Cor. 15:50]

 

II. FLESHLY “WISDOM” IS LAMBASTED

 

1.  The Flesh is Weak [Mt. 26:42]

 

2. The Flesh Has No Profit [John 6:60-71]

 

3.  The Flesh “Puffs Up” [Col. 2:18-23]

 

III. FLESHLY “WISDOM” IS LUSTFUL

 

1. It is Contrary to the Spirit of God [Gal. 5:16-18]

 

2. It is Contrary to the Kingdom of God [Gal. 6:19-21]

 

3. It is Contrary to the Law of Christ [Gal. 6:22-6:10]
