I. IN BETHLEHEM [v. 7-20]

II. IN JERUSALEM [v. 21-35]

1. Honor God No Matter What [v. 21-24]

2. Be Thankful No Matter What [v. 25-33, 1 Thessalonians 5:18]

In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

3. Difficulties Abound, Live Godly Anyway [v. 34-35, 2 Timothy 3:12]

Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.

III. IN THE TEMPLE [v. 36-38,

1. Serve God [v. 36-37, 1 Co. 3:16] Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

2. Thank God [v. 38a, 1 Co. 6:19] What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?

3. Share God [v. 38b, 2 Co. 6:16] And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said , I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
