 I. THE WAY OF THE UNDERSTANDING [v. 1-7] Proverbs 13:15 Good understanding giveth favour:

 1. Seek the Lord‘s Will [v. 1a]

 2. Follow the Lord’s Word [v. 2-3]

 3. Live the Lord’s Way [v. 4-7]

 II. THE WAY OF TRANSGRESSORS [v. 8-17]

Proverbs 13:15 Good understanding giveth favour: but the way of transgressors is hard.

 1.  The Way of Transgressors is the Way of Rebellion [v. 8-9]

 2. The Way of Transgressors is the Way of Arrogance [v. 9-16] basically it says “I know better than God”

 3.  The Way of Transgressors is the Way of Unnecessary Conflict [v. 17]

 III. THE WAY OF SIN [v. 18-32]

 1. Increases Unpleasant Options [v. 18-21]

 2. Is Deadly [v. 22-23]

 3. Is Costly to You and others [v. 24-32]
