A: The Bible is God's Word, and since God cannot lie, we know that His Word is true. The Old Testament prophesied that Jesus would come, and the New Testament tells us a great deal about His life, ministry, and death. Therefore, we can be absolutely certain that He did exist.
This truth is confirmed by the majority of scholarly historians. Consider the following statements from critical scholars (who have rejected the miraculous elements of Christ's life):
