THE GOD OF HEAVEN

The message of this chapter is concerning the God of Heaven. I would like to illustrate it with 3 song titles.

 

I. THE IMPOSSIBLE DREAM

 

1. No Man Can Do This [v. 1-10]

2. No “God” Would Do This [v. 11-13]

3. The God of Heaven Can & Will Do This! [v. 14-18]

 

II. BLESS THE LORD O MY SOUL

 

1.  For His Person [v. 19-20]

2. For His Power [v. 21-22]

3.  For His People [v. 23] that is, His willingness to have a relationship with those who come to Him [John 1:11-12]

 

III. (WITH GOD) NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE

 

1. No Man Can Do This [v. 24-27]

2. The God of Heaven Has Done This [v. 28-45]

3. The Seed is Planted [v. 46-49]
