IT'S SUPPERTIME!

I'd like to speak tonight on 4 Bible suppers.

If you go to the 1st, you should go to the 2nd, you'll definitely be at the 3rd, but you will miss the 4th. But if you miss the 1st, you might go to the 2nd, you won't be at the 3rd, but if you live long enough you will be at the 4th!

Is that clear to everyone? Okay, I'll repeat it.

I. THE SALVATION SUPPER [MT. 22:1-14]

1. Note the initial and then extended invitation [v. 4, 9]

2. Note the King's anger on those who reject the invitation [v. 5-8]

3. note that the King bore the entire cost of the supper! [Is. 55:1-8]

II. THE LORD'S SUPPER [I COR. 11:23-32]

1. The backward look [v. 25]

2. The forward look [v. 26]

3. The inward look [v. 27-29]

4. The upward look [v. 30-32]

5. The outward look [v. 33]

III. THE MARRIAGE SUPPER [REV. 19:1-9]

1. The rendering or praise [v. 1-6]

2. The Royal Person [v. 7]

3. The redeemed people [v. 8-9]

If you go to the 1st, you should go to the 2nd, you'll definitely be at the 3rd, but you will miss the 4th. But if you miss the 1st, you might go to the 2nd, you won't be at the 3rd but if you live long enough you will be at the 4th!

IV. THE SUPPER OF THE GREAT GOD [REV. 19:17-21]

1. The fowl's invitation [v. 17]

2. The fool's rejection [v. 18]

3. The final destination [v. 19-21]
