HEBREWS 11:1-3

I. DARE TO LIVE BY FAITH [v. 4-7]
1. Dare to Take God’s Plan of Salvation [v. 4]
2. Dare to Seek Closeness to God [v. 5-6, Ps. 73:28, Jm.
4:8, 1 Jn. 1:3-7]
But it is good for me to draw near to God: I have put my
trust in the Lord GOD, that I may declare all thy works.
Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you.
That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that
ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the
Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ. And these things write we unto you, that
your joy may be full. This then is the message which we have heard of him, and
declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. If we
say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not
the truth: But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship
one with another , and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all
sin.
3. Dare to Obey God No Matter What [v. 7]
II. DARE TO WALK BY FAITH [v. 8-16]
1. Dare to Answer God’s Call [v. 8]
2. Dare to Act on God’s Promises [v. 9-13]
3. Dare to Anticipate God’s Preparation [v. 14-16, Jn.
14:1-4]
Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe
also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would
have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place
for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there
ye may be also. And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.
III. DARE TO WITNESS BY FAITH [v. 17-31]
1. Dare to Witness to the Accuracy of God’s Word [v. 17-22]
2. Dare to Witness to the Presence of God in Our Daily Walk
[v. 23-27]
3. Dare to Witness to the Saving Power of God [v. 28-31]
