I. USE SANCTIFIED COMMON SENSE

1. Decide Whether It’s Scriptural [Acts 17:2-3, 11; Eph. 5:10, 2 Tm. 3:16-17]

2. Decide Whether It’s Spiritual [Acts 17:4, 11-12; Eph. 6:12, Colossians 1:9, 3:16]

3. Decide Whether It’s Sensible [Acts 6:1-2, Rm. 12:1-2]

II. USE SPECIFIED COMMON SENSE

1. Decide What You Are Going to Gain [Matthew 18:15, 1 Tm. 6:6, Hebrews 11:25]

2. Decide What You Are Going to Lose [Matthew 10:39, 42; 16:25-26, Philippians 3:7]

3. Decide What You Are Going to Keep [Luke 11:28, 1 Corinthians 9:27, Eph. 4:1-3, Phil. 4:7]

III. USE SUBMISSIVE COMMON SENSE

1. Submit These Things to God in Prayer [James 1:5]

2. Get the Peace of God [Phil. 4:4-9, Col. 3:15-17]

3. Until Then-Stay Where You Are, Don’t Move [1 Cor. 7:8, 17-24]
