1. Job would stand for God regardless of others (v. 12-14)

2. Job could positively influence others in almost any circumstances (v. 15-18)

3. Job would trust God until He could understand (v. 19-23)

II. WHAT WE LEARN FROM JAMES 5

1. True patience recognizes the end is near (v. 7-10)

2. True patience recognizes happiness is near (v. 11a)

3. True patience recognizes God is near (v. 11)

III. WHAT WE LEARN FROM JOB

1. Job trust in God's redemption (1:1-5)

2. God trusted in Job's reputation (1:6-8, 20-22, 2:3, 9-10)

3. God and Job knew Job wasn't perfect (42:1-6)
