THE TOUCH OF THE MASTER’S HAND

I. THE MASTER IS WILLING

1. He is Willing to Cleanse [Mt. 8:1-4, 11:28-30]

Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

2. He is Willing to Enable Us [Mt. 8:14-15, Rev. 1:17-19]

And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last: I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore , Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death. Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter ;

3. He is Willing to Enlighten Us [Mt. 9:27-31]

 

II. THE MASTER IS WELCOMING

1. He Welcomes Us with Wholeness [Mt. 14:34-36]

2. He Welcomes Us with Calmness [Mt. 17:5-7]

3. He Welcomes Us with Compassion [Mt. 20:29-34]

 

III. THE MASTER IS WISE [He is Wise to give us what we need]

1.The Touch of Jesus can Give Learning [2 Timothy 3:15]

And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

2. The Touch of Jesus can Give Boldness [Eph. 3:11-12]

According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord: In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him.

3. The Touch of Jesus can Give Knowledge [1 Cor. 1:3-5]

Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ. I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ; That in every thing ye are enriched by him, in all utterance, and in all knowledge;
