II. SALVATION HAS NOT
CHANGED [JONAH 2:9] Salvation is of the LORD.

2. The Word’s Declaration Has Not Changed [1 Peter 1:18-25]
3. The Way’s Deliverance Has Not Changed [Jn. 14:6, 2
Corinthians 1:10 Colossians 1:13, 1 Thessalonians 1:10]
III. SOUL-WINNING HAS
NOT CHANGED [Ps. 51:13]
Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall
be converted unto thee.

These things have not
