I. BE OF ONE MIND [v. 8-11]

1. Be of One Mind with the Mind of Christ [v. 8, Phil. 2:5-8] Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

2. Be of One Mind with the Manner of Christ [v. 9, 2:21-23]

3. Be of One Mind with the Method of Christ [v. 10-11]

II. BE OF ONE MASTER [v. 12-14]

1. He Keeps His Eyes Upon Us [v. 12a, 2 Chronicles 16:9] For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him.

2. He Keeps His Ear Attuned to Us [v. 12, Psalm 34:15] The eyes of the LORD are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry.

3. He Keeps us in His Peace [v. 13-14, Jn. 14: 27] Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
