There is a lot of talk about "Fake News" these days. Fake news is nothing new.

I. BEWARE FAKE NEWS ABOUT JESUS

1. There was Fake News about His Birth [John 8:31-45]

2. There was Fake News about His Miracles [Luke 11:14-23]

3. There was Fake News about His Resurrection [Mt. 28:1-15]

II. BEWARE FAKE SALVATION

1. Fake Salvation Seems Okay [Proverbs 14:12, 16:25]

2. Fake Salvation Substitutes “Another Gospel” [Gal. 1:1-12, Rm. 1:16, 1 Cor. 15:1-4ff]

3. Fake Salvation says “Do”, God says “Believe” [Mt. 7:21-24, John 6:29]

Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.]

III. BEWARE FAKE SAVIOURS

1. A Christ Without the Crucifixion would be a Fake [Luke 23:35-39, 24:26-46]

2. A Christ Without the Resurrection would be a Fake [Acts 2:29-36]

3. A Christ Returning in Secret would be a Fake [Mk. 13:6, 21-27]
