3. Truth should Cause us to Submit to Him (v. 8-10) ---[God wants our "I won't"s to be "I will"s]

II. GOD WANTS TO ADJUST OUR ATTITUDE TOWARD HIS WORD (JONAH 3)

1. With the Presentation of the Word (v. 1-4)

2. With the Power of the Word (v. 5-9)

[Note-they knew what they deserved but they desired mercy & grace and got it!]

3. With the Promise of the Word (2:9)

III. GOD WANTS TO ADJUST OUR ATTITUDE TOWARD OTHERS (JONAH 4)

1. Seen in Jonah's Anger over Conversions (v. 1-4)
